Site Superintendent, Multi-Family
The Site Superintendent is responsible for providing on-site coordination for all phases of Multi-Family Apartment construction projects Coordinating work directed in the field, you will ensure specifications are being strictly followed and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.

Site Superintendent, Multi-Family
The Site Superintendent is responsible for providing on-site coordination for all phases of Multi-Family Apartment construction projects Coordinating work directed in the field, you will ensure specifications are being strictly followed and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
What we look for?
- Minimum of five years of verifiable experience in four story wood frame construction with parkade.
- Thorough knowledge of construction scheduling, trade scopes.
- Experience with operating a skid steer and telehandler preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as IFC drawings, site instructions, contracts, safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Desire for continuing education and personal development.
- Oversees the daily workflow of the site.
- Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure on-time completion.
- Perform quality control duties regarding the work being performed.
- Communicate with project team regarding Change Orders.
- Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work.
- Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
- Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.
- Maintain daily log (written) of activities on the jobsite.
- Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by the project team.
- Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and assist in future scheduling.
- Establish and enforce job site quality control programs to ensure quality completion of construction.
- Schedule all subcontractors, consultants, and vendors, as well as ensure their completion of work within time allowed.
- Ensure all safety documentation is completed and enforce safety on site.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
